What is Mandi Paris Designs? We are a vibrant, unique, upscale leisure wear brand that only produces in limited release. It's southern chic mixed with an east coast vibe. MPD is walking art that can go anywhere. It is perfect for your travels and equally wonderful for relaxing time. We want to stand out and make a bold statement. We are for women who demand comfort and unmatched fashion. More than anything we enjoy expressing ourselves through our clothes...this makes us happy!

I grew up in a small idealized southern town in middle Georgia. I always loved to decorate and create, I was born with this desire. I embraced my southern heritage. After graduating from the University of Georgia in Athens, getting married and having children I retained this creative spirit. I often made my own children’s clothes. I monogrammed anything that I could get my hands on! In time, this passion became a very small side business for some extra cash. But in 2014, my oldest daughter, Mary Elizabeth, was unexpectedly diagnosed with AML-a rare form of leukemia-at the age of just 11. 

That was the hardest season of all our lives. 

She fought valiantly in the hospital for 17 months before God took her home. During her fight, we often spent time dreaming of the future when she would be healed. She and I painted and designed t-shirts and planned fundraisers to kill time. It was good quality time, mental escape and therapy for the both of us. After she passed and especially during Covid, I spent a lot of time creating in my head and decorating. It was my therapy. 

After all this, I went back to my love of entrepreneurship with a few side businesses but these were simply to help with fundraising for the childhood cancer fund we created (United for a CURE). We work with CURE Atlanta and two other families to raise money for childhood cancer research. Then one day, I figured out how to turn my personal artwork into fabric and wallpaper and this opened up a this whole new world of fashion design! 

I have found my true calling and passion-creating unique and fun clothing that expresses my love for the south, “Mandi Paris Designs”. It is a dream realized and I am beyond thrilled to see how many people love it too! I believe my passion excludes from the designs as I put my whole heart and soul into every piece.
